All customization orders and business inquiries are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By submitting artwork, placing custom plush toy orders, or engaging in commercial agreements with Shenzhen ATR Technology Co., Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to comply with the legal frameworks outlined below.

Content Standards & Design Acceptance Policy

While we fully champion creative customization and private-label plush toy innovations, Shenzhen ATR Technology Co., Ltd. enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal, harmful, or socially harmful designs. We reserve the full legal right to review, reject, or cancel production for any custom design that fails to meet international safety and ethical compliance standards.

Designs that will be strictly rejected include, but are not limited to:

• Designs promoting or depicting extreme violence, criminal activities, or illegal actions.
• Graphics or media encouraging drug abuse, substance abuse, or dangerous acts.
• Content displaying discrimination or hate speech based on race, nationality, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Designs threatening human mental or physical well-being, including encouragement of self-harm or violence.

Intellectual Property Rights & Non-Disclosure

Protecting our clients' proprietary assets, character designs, and software integrations is a cornerstone of our business philosophy at Shenzhen ATR Technology Co., Ltd.

Our intellectual property protection commitment guarantees:

• Strict Confidentiality (NDA): All artwork, CAD tech packs, voice samples, AI model training specifications, and custom packaging files provided for commercial quotes remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties or competitors.
• Third-Party Copyright Authorization: Clients submitting licensed characters or brand intellectual property must supply valid trademark licensing agreements or official letters of authorization. Shenzhen ATR Technology Co., Ltd. will not manufacture or reproduce counterfeit goods or unauthorized copyrighted material.
• No Unauthorized Resale: Custom molds, plush patterns, and proprietary AI hardware solutions developed specifically for your OEM/ODM order will remain exclusive to your brand.
